• "Sigmetic" refers to the AI-powered customer feedback platform owned and operated by Humble Technologies, registered in Kerala, India.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Sigmetic services.
• "Services" refer to the customer feedback collection, sentiment analysis, AI-powered insights, and other features provided by Sigmetic.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sigmetic. By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Services

Sigmetic provides tools for businesses to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-driven sentiment analysis
• Customizable feedback forms
• QR code-enabled review collection
• Real-time analytics dashboards
• Smart automation and response suggestions

4. Pricing and Subscription

Sigmetic offers two pricing plans:

• Monthly Subscription: INR 800 per month
• Annual Subscription: INR 7500 per year (billed upfront)

All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial, users must subscribe to continue using the services. No payment details are required for the trial.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful customer feedback data.
• Ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws.
• Not misuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our services.

7. Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

Sigmetic complies with Indian data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international customers. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI models used in Sigmetic are the intellectual property of Humble Technologies. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sigmetic is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kerala.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
